About Us
Life is a journey filled with both joy and hardship. While some of us move through our days surrounded by love and support, many others face their struggles alone. It was this simple realization — the understanding that true humanity means standing beside one another in times of need — that inspired eight friends to come together with one shared dream: to make a difference.
On 19th August 2025, in Thiruvananthapuram, that dream took shape as Muthassi Charitable Trust — a humble initiative built on compassion, unity, and the belief that kindness can transform lives.
What began as a small effort among friends has now grown into a community of over 100+ active volunteers, working selflessly to support the underprivileged, the sick, and those forgotten by society.

- Our Initiatives
Your support helps us:
1. Cancer Patient Support
Providing free accommodation and daily meals for cancer patients and their caretakers at the Regional Cancer Centre, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Support for Nonbystandrs Patients
Many patients come for treatment without bystanders or family. We extend special care to them by providing diapers, clothing, and essential medicines, ensuring they receive comfort and dignity during their treatment.
3. Disability Support
We assist individuals with disabilities by offering necessary care items, emotional support, and access to welfare programs, helping them live with confidence and dignity.
4. Women Empowerment
We are committed to uplifting women through awareness programs, skill development initiatives, and financial assistance — empowering them to lead independent and confident lives.
5. Community Welfare
From distributing food kits to organizing awareness drives, we continuously engage in activities that foster togetherness and encourage people to help one another.

Our mission is to provide care, comfort, and compassion to individuals and families going through difficult times — especially cancer patients undergoing treatment at the Regional Cancer Centre (RCC), Thiruvananthapuram.
Many patients who come to RCC travel from distant places and struggle to afford accommodation and meals during their treatment. To ease this burden, Muthassi Charitable Trust provides:

Free accommodation and nutritious meals for patients and their caretakers.

Essential medicines, diapers, and clean clothing for unattended or bystander-less patients.
